Hello, How to calculate profile storage? Is there any chart is available for this? I really gets confused when I was dealing with profile storage. Thanks in advance… Regards, Nitin

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

With each profile there is a storage limit set. You can see this by displaying a profile…

Storage information:
Maximum storage allowed . . . . . . . . : *NOMAX
Storage used . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 1218700
Storage used on independent ASP . . . . : *NO

Or you can do a DSPUSRPRF and dump it to a file and run a query off the file and total the columns you need.

Hope this helps…

Nitin Not sure what you're trying to calculate. All objects owned by a user or just the space taken to store the user profile? Space for a user profile itself would be pretty minimal. About 225 kilobytes. DSPUSRPRF myprof shows Storage information: Maximum storage allowed . . . . . . . . : *NOMAX Storage used . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 122100 <-- KB MyProf has 122,100 kb of stuff - as a developer I've created libraries, queries, programs and files.
