Never used that program before, and have never needed to. If you want to delete a user profile, just go to “c:\users” and delete the user profile folder and all of its contents.
If you want to modify the default profile, go to “C:\users\public” and modify the contents the way you like.
You can’t do this in Windows 7. The user profile setup is not the same as it was in Windows XP. If you do this, the next time you log on a temporary profile gets created. Pretty soon you can’t log on at all on this machine using this user account as you get error messages related to the profile. The only way Windows 7 will successfully delete a profile is with the User Profile Manager. Active Directory has a way to delete user profiles as well after a specified number of days, but this process removes all profiles on the machine, including the administrator profile.
