Is there any way I can recover this data? I dont care about that account, I just need to find the data.

-Restore system to an earlier Date(not Factory Restore). -or Boot into Windows safe mode. I've seen it happen where an Admin accounts have a corrupt Data files but fails to show DATA in normal mode however, the data files can sometimes be visible in safe mode.. -If still fails, dont worry, you have a 90% chance of still gettin your data back.theirs i care recovery software.. hope this help..
