Did the "User Name <user@domain.com>" writes like that. To resolve this issue, ask the sender's mail i.e. "Admin" to change their email address format to comply with RFC standards.
OR
Remove the additional name that is not relevant from the "local domains list".

"User name"<Email ID@domain name.com> and kindly please advise how to comply with FRC standards

Remove the < & > both from the side. coz, sometimes lotus does not understand this symbols.
