Hello, My client is getting this error while trying to make a room reservation in his notes client "User CN={user's name}/O={organisation name} cannot open database {path to databasename.nsf}" Does anyone knows this error?

Lotus Notes 8.5.1

I found these points useful from another website posted by Ed

# Are you opening the database using a server name and path (not just a mapped, remote file path)?
# Does the ID file being used have access to the server
# Does the ID file have access to the NSF (from a Notes client, use the “Effective Access” tool, from within the ACL dialog to verify)?

    check the access to the Rooms and Resources DB - but this is not likely to be the case as if this is done via the rooms and rourses manager. If you can state the DB or type it would help - this is an access issue
