User Can't see GAL (Outlook 2003/Exchange 5.5)
I have a user on one of my sites that cannot see the company GAL. This particular site is running Outlook 2003 as the email client, and Exchange 5.5. I am new to Exchange, and I realise this is a very old version of Exchange, I would appreciate any pointers. thanks.

I have had this issue with a user but on Exchange 2003.
I had to completley delete the mail profile on the client and re set up.

Is this an IMAP account or a POP3 account? Can others at the same site see the GAL?
