 User Accounts in Access 2003
I set up successfully user accounts and passwords in MS Access 2003 on my computer. when I transfer the file to another computer the login form no longer comes.

Which file did you transfer to the other computer? If it was only your application database then, you need to copy your security/workgroup database to the other machine as well. This is called system.mdw by default. You need to put it in the default location where Access looks for it. Or, you can specify the location using the /wrkgrp command line argument. It sounds like you should be placing this database on a network drive that all people have access to. The system.mdw file should also be placed there. Then when you make changes, all users will immediately have the change.

I think you also have to join the system.mdw from each computer to get the login window to come up. I believe you do that through Tools, Security.
