USB Modem Vs LAN
What will happen if we plugin a USB Modem on a syslem connected to a domain network? Will USB's Connectionn override the LAN?

The USB modem is not an automatic connection (by default). Meaning that it's a manual process to launch a program to utilize the usb modem unlike the local area connection. So to answer your question, it will not override the lan connection (by default).
