The Powerware UPS systems are pretty good. They have a good PF (power factor) which will help keep your utility costs down.
Maitnenace wise I have not had a problem with mine at all. I've also got Liebert and MGE systems and have already replaced components on both of them. Luckly the failures didn't cause me any downtime, but still was concerning.
