uploading an excel spreadsheet to the as/400


Microsoft Excel, AS/400, Data analysis

I've seen a developer with an Excel spreadsheet on the iseries server, how do I upload an Excel spreadsheet to the iseries and populate it with data so I can then download the finished product to my PC?

The easiest way is to use the iSeries Access plugin for Excel. Click "Data", then "Transfer data to iSeries". and follow the wizard.
