Upgrading to VOIP
Hi, Currently i am using PBX system for my main office telephony. We have got four branch in europe. and main office based in UK. We are looking something like: when one of the phone call comes in from the external world we would like to redirect them to the appropriate branch in europe. Thats mean we are looking for virtual pbx among our branches all over in Europe. For example: Our Main office number is 12345678 and extension of europe offices are 1,2,3 respectively. So when a customer calls to 12345678 our main office receptionist will pick up the phone and redirect the call as required to our extension number. Does it make sense? Have you got my question mate? To switch to the above mentioned system what equipments we need to buy, what solution we can use? Any clue? Sorry for this long question. I would appreciate if you suggest me something. Thanks in advance. Cheers!!

Answer Wiki:
For VoIP systems I would look into a Shoretel system. they work great and I have not had any complaints yet. In regards to the equipment you need to buy that depends on how many phones are in each office. If you go to Shoretel.com you can find a local vendor that deals with them and they can give you a more in-depth analysis of what you would need.
