		<description><![CDATA[You might want to upgrade to something a little newer than the 7 year old version of Windows. There have been two server releases since Windows 2003 was released.  If you go to Windows 2003 you&#039;ll be doing this again in a year or two. If you go to Windows 2008 or Windows 2008 R2 then you&#039;ll have years before you have to worry about it again.

These will all involve major database version upgrades as well so you&#039;ll have a lot of planning and testing to do before you can upgrade.]]></description>
