		<description>Thank you so much for your response. We are located in Florida, in the Tampa Bay area. We only have one server right now, so we will be looking to upgrade the 2000 to the 2003. We are a fairly small group being as we are an LLC and have different divisions. Everyone is running Windows 2000 or higher which is a plus. Our IT person proposed a Monthly Contract that would cover the upgrade (less the parts and software) that I think is reasonable. However, some in our group were questioning the number of hours it would take to decide hourly/contract. I think we should do the contract all the way. Thank you so much for your help.</description>
