Answer Wiki:
OWA is a way to access a mail box rather than a type of mailbox. To access a mailbox over OWA you need to ensure that: - the Exchange 2007 Client Access role is installed - a suitable certificate is installed - the mailbox is enabled for OWA access If you can be more specific defining your exact problem I should be able to give a better answer

Can you give more details on what type of problems exactly you are encountering? When we migrated our users to 2007 OWA had no issues. Do you have a CAS and HUB server in place? Please tell us what trouble you are having. Thanks.
