Upgrading Exchange 2000 Standard to Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
We are in the process of upgrading our Exchange 2000 Standard edition server (running Windows 2000 server) to Exchange 2003 Enterprise. We have built a new server, with a different name, to install the Exchange 2003. What is best/easiest way to migrate all the mail from the old server to the new server? Thanks,

Answer Wiki:
Bugwit, Are you staying with the same Exchange Organization or are you migrating to a new one? Also of interest would be do you have budget for third party tools? If so there are several tools that have been used by several firms with good results. If you are building Exchange 2003 in the same organization the Move Mail Box wizard does a fair job but limits the operations to 4 mail boxes at a time.
