We are upgrading from our current mail provider to Exchange 2010. Can we upload the current messages in our users desktop email clients like Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express 6? If so how and using what tools?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You don’t tell us what your current mail provider is, that would be helpful. If users currently use a POP3 connection then they have an existing pst file. They can create a new mail profile for their exchange account and import that pst file into their outlook and it will go into their exchange account. They can export to a new pst file first if they desire then again import to the new exchange account.
