Should servers that are running Active Directory domain controllers and the global catalog be upgraded to 64-bit? For a medium sized 10,000 or so accounts. Windows server 2003 standard?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Depends on the method of upgrade you want to use. If its Transitioning, restructuring or In place.
Note that if its “In place” you can’t upgrade across architectures from x86 to x64. You can use the AD Migration tool – ADMT for “restructuring”
