		<description><![CDATA[The database is a 10g database. We upgraded the database over a year ago. We recently have adapted using the data types supported in 10g but not in 81i. Because I never upgraded my Oracle Client successfully I am still on oracle 81i and I cannot access data using the new datatypes. I also need to use Oracle 10i to solve ome QTP programming problems.]]></description>
