 Upgrade path from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2010?
Exchange 2000, Exchange 2010, Exchange upgrades, Windows Server 2003
Is their a direct upgrade path from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2010? We have an upgraded box but migrated over 2000 from the failing box. So now we are in  better shape and ready to upgrade.

You will need to migrate n two steps , one to exchange 2003/2007 and then to exchange 2010 if mailbox data is the only concern (including public folders) you cn make .pst files and then import them on new server which has exchange installed
