Use the import and export feature in Outlook. You can see it under "file" when you open the application. Use the export to file option and select what you want to export on your old machine and import the created file on your new machines. You may need a USB memory stick or other media to get the files between both machine but using this method will allow you to migrate everything, contacts, calendar mail etc....
Just re-affirming that while you can export to pst, it is important to import into a pst on the new machine rather than try to mount the exported file. This will help avoid compatability issues on the new machine.
