Other computers can open a read only copy but they will not receive the updated date unless or until they close the document and reopen it.&#160;

Only the computer holdiing the document can update it.&#160; 
&#160;
The idea of trying to keep track of 1500 reservations on either of these types of products would be daunting.&#160; This might be accomplished using MicroSoft Access, however, that takes a great deal more technical skill.]]></description>
