I have 30 people in my group. I need a way that they can each document a problem with a particualr system we all use. I've been doing this with an excel file - everybody just opens the file and enters a new row of data when they find a new issue. Now, we need to do this so often several people may need the file at the same time. I know I can use Sharepoint to allow people to checkout an Excel file but inevitably someone will have it open and go to lunch or need 30 minutes to add their input. Using a database isn't an option. What might be a not-too-techy solution to this I could do with Sharepoint? Or something else?
