We don’t know anything about your application, the background, what you’re trying to accomplish, what’s happening or not happening that is not what you want to happen or not happen, etc. Generic questions are one thing. Specific questions like yours require context. It’s common – we get so wrapped up in our work we forget that the specifics aren’t known by everyone else. You need to take a step back and provide far more information to describe the situation, if you want anything better than a complete shot in the dark.
