Update database when combo box value is changed


Microsoft Access, ComboBox, Access 2003

Hello,

I am wondering how to update all the text fields, other combo boxes, and memo's when values are change in a combo box in MS Access 2003.

For example, I have a form that when values are change of a combo box that has dates for every quarter. I want the values that I have set for the other quarter to update. I don't know how to set and save for the values either. Any help with be appreciated.

There are many ways to achieve what you are looking for. After you complete adding all the fields on form. Add a combo ... It will trigger a wizard...

I am assuming that you have all the field sin same table or linked table.

Like
Quarter Month Date and so on
Q1 Jan
Q1 Feb
Q1 Mar
Q2 Apr
Q2 Mau

and so on

so add all the field on form using create form using wizard and after you finish add combo box....
you will find it will trigger another wizard which will ask
