our emails to a specific domain (toniguy.com) can not be received. Our Exchange server queue for that domain showed 0 messages and after a certain time would go away. But, we can receive emails from them. I tried telnet to their mailhost.toniguy.com but was dropped, admin from that end says they have Barracuda system. Any suggestion please?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Ask them to white list your domain. They will need to work with you to get this resolved, there is nothing YOU can do alone to fix this.

if that does not work, you need to make sure that your mx record’s reverse dns is set and correct. yet more thing to check is make sure your pix/firewall if NAT is set to PAT your MX address corresponds to that as well….

This is a problem on their end. If you can send and recieve emails, your system is fine. They need to check their mail logs and see what is happening to emails from your domain.
