Unsufficient Provilleges error to administrator


Backup servers, Windows Server 2003, Backup & recovery, Backup

While trying to back up Windows 2003 Enterprise Server, the process was terminated stating the unsufficient privilleges. I am using administrator account.

Someone has removed the rights to the file or folder from the administrators group. You'll need to take ownership of the files/folders and re-grant the permissions leaving the administrators group with rights to the file/folder. Then the backup should work.
