Unread count on Lotus Notes folders
Upgraded from 6.5 to 8.5.1. Standard folders display the unread count. Some of my other folders don't. Working with IBM but they don't know what issue is. Funny thing, if I open my Notes mailbox in Webmail I will see the folder unread count. If I open my 8.5.1 mailbox on a v6.5 Notes client, I see the folder unread count. But in the Notes v8.5.1 client I don't see the folder unread count. I can rename the folder. Create a new folder. Move documents to new folder and see the folder unread count. Once I close and reopen Notes -- the folder unread count disappears. I've reinstalled Notes. new bookmark and everything. Not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

I ended up resetting the count by selecting all documents and marking all documents read.
