Glad to inform you the error " Unknown internal error" is always access related and if you are suffering from this problem while accessing your pc games, then do the following:

a) Right click on the icon and select run as administrator,
b) Even if you were already running as an admin, then still you have to do this.
c) Creating a new account with all admin privileges will also work instead,
d) Click on the run the program...

If the problem still persists, then please revert back with little bit more details so as i can provide you any further details.
