Do you have a D-Link device on your network? According to this site, the mac address belongs to a D-Link. Although, this may not actually be the source of the traffic as if it is outside of your local network and the D-Link is the router on your local LAN, this will appear to be the source MAC address.

To add to the above answer, if you have a D-Link router, there is a setting in the Wireless area where you can add only the MAC addresses that you want to access to the router.  Once you input the addresses, and set it to only access the addresses, that one person will be blocked out.  A big important question is, did you change your password?  If not, do so now then do the MAC table.  Even if he is able to hack your password, he should not be able to access the router due to the MAC address table blockage.
