WRKSBMJOB probably shows you all submitted jobs not just your jobs.jobs that show OUTQ are completed and have a spool file.  If the spool files are deleted the jobs will disappear.jobs that are pending haven't run yet.Any job that starts with a Q is probably a system job and should not be disturbed.  Libraries and objects that start with Q are usually system stuff.  Don't mess with it.

Leave all of the jobs alone that are on the list. They are system jobs that started because you started those system functions. For example, if you run STRTCP in order to start TCP/IP processes, then all of the TCP/IP server jobs will also start when they are configured to do it. Some jobs might simply be auto-start or pre-start jobs that start when a subsystem is started. Most server jobs can be found be searching in the Information Center. The Server table should list most of them. -- Tom

WRKSBMJOB SBMFROM(*JOB) will show you just the jobs submitted from your current job, WRKSBMJOB SBMFROM(*WRKSTN) just those submitted from your device.

Splat beat me to it. I always use WRKSBMJOB *WRKSTN. We have some shared  profiles and this is the best way to filter out just jobs submitted from your device.
