After almost 30 years in the RPG world and the last 15 months in the .NET world, I have a new prospect I can start looking into. Something fun !

We are looking into developing some apps that would simulate a walkthrough environment for some business applications. We are looking into the Unity 3D and Unreal engines. Anyone have and pros / cons on either and share their experience.

Software/Hardware used:
andriod OS, win7, Unity3D, Unreal

That's what I've been tinkering with. I'm using Blender 3D for creating some model objects , mainly because it's free. Are there any other good ones besides Studio Max? That's a little to pricey for my personal use to play around with.
