Thanks wiki but when I click next On the summery page , This error is appeared " The operation failed because : Active directiory could not transfer the remainig data in the directory partition CN=Schema , Cn=Configuration , DC=intalihospital to domain controller serverinternet.alihospital. ""the DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS lookup failur."" " .
it should be mentioned that domain controller has not got application directory partitions.

Run DRPromo again on the server. But have a read of the link below to make sure all roles are moved to other Domain Controllers.
