Our company owns and/or manages 6-7 companies across the US. Most of the companies have a land line as well as virtual numbers; however a significant amount of business is done on cell phones for each company. I am trying to find a phone solution that utilizes the existing land lines, virtual numbers and cell phones. Additionally, our accounting people, who may handle more than one company, are getting calls on their cell phones and are answering using their names as opposed to the name of the company the caller is calling. That creates a lot of customer confusion. We would like for our cell phone users to see the name of the company being called. Ultimately, I would like a system where the caller calls one number (virtual) and has the option to choose Sales, which may be in Michigan; Marketing, which may be in California or Accounting, which may be in Oregon. Again, I need the names of the companies being called (not the caller).
