 Unflagging archived mail for follow-up
Lotus Notes 8.5, Lotus Notes email
I have been upgraded to Lotus Notes 8.5 and now seem unable to "unflag for follow-up" any mail that was, or has since been, archived. Any thoughts?

 Hi there, As far as I know it is not possible to do it on Archived emails in LN8.5.x and you can refer to the official URL of IBM   http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/domhelp/v8r0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.notes85.help.doc%2Fmail_add_flag_t.html However, the only work arround which comes to my mind for this case is - In your In-box - Create a folder for important emails - Copy the message intended to followed up to the newly created folder - Then follow up this message I hope this helps
