Each sunday at 23.00 we restart the system. I told the system to apply a PTF at the next restart. I normally connect from home to see if this was succesfull or not. But this weeken the are doing some changes on the networkserver so I will not be able to check. Is there any way to turn back this apply at startup?

R.otto,

Advanced fix installation: Canceling the application of fixes

To prevent an i5/OS® fix that was selected to be installed at the next IPL from being installed, follow these directions.

To prevent a fix that is selected to be installed after you have already selected option 8 (Install program temporary fix package) on the GO PTF menu, but before the IPL has been done, enter the following command:

APYPTF LICPGM(XXXXXXX) SELECT(YYYYYYY) DELAYED(*YES)
APY(*TEMP) IPLAPY(*NO)where XXXXXXX is the licensed program and YYYYYYY is the number of the fix you want to omit.

This action resets the IPL apply indicator to IPL Action NONE.

This straight from the i5/OS Information Center. I have never tried this myself.
You could also just not do the unattended IPL.

Hope this helps,
Bill Poulin
