BrianMadden.com is very low level and a TT site. You had ask for a non-MS site but the <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/virtualization">www.microsoft.com/virtualization</a> site really was designed to address that issue. That would be my recommendation (look at the solutions and case studies found there)
