Two things: 1) mobile devices (laptops & smartphones/Blackberries) and 2) compliance.

Ignore the former and you will get bitten. Spend too much - or the wrong type of - effort on the latter (especially managing each law/reg on its own) and it'll only serve to get in the way of business, mask bigger issues, and create a false sense of security.
