Hi, Could someone please advise with regards to the below issue. I am unable to receive messages over 3.5mb, the sender receives the following message. This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. name.surname@aaa.aaa Final-Recipient: rfc822;name.surname@aaa.aaa Action: failed Status: 5.2.3 X-Display-Name: name surname I've check the default message delivery properties and the max send & receive message size is 5120k, I've set my account not to use the default and set my max send & receive size to 10240k,there after I restarted the exchange server, but this still does not work, still unable to receive mails larger than 3mb,the attachments are normally jpg,doc & xls. I’m connecting via SMTP to a smart host, in my SMTP properties under the message tab the limit message size is 5120k. Your advise would be highly appreciated. Regards

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Sounds like 3.5MB is your server imposed limit.

You can configure the size of mailboxes and attachments in Exchange. Change this setting or see your I.T. administrator.

Hope this helps!
