Some users unable to see items in their Sent folder

hi, i got a few user whereby when they send any e-mail out , they can't see it in their send folder of local database. Some can't see it both on server and local. May i know if i need to do any settings in order for the user to see their send items in the send folder. Pls help asap. Thanks.

File->Preferences->User Preferences…->Mail->General
and check the setting for “Save mail that you send”
