Tried Safe Mode and had the same issue. Ran Detect and Repair, restarted computer, ran Outlook and had the same issue, ran in Safe Mode again and still had the same issue. Created new Profile, didn't work and logged in as a new user on the computer and created a new profile there and still having the same issue. I had tried scratching the whole thing and had it running with all the updates. Tested sending and receiving emails all afternoon. Everything was working great. Came in this morning, logged in and it went back to the same problem. I hadn't done anything different to it. I'm at a total loss.

You could try opening Outlook in safe mode to see what happens.

Also, you could try creating a new email profile (from Control Panel).

Another quick update:

We noticed that the emails show in the body when we Reply, Reply to All or Forward. Still doesn't work in the Preview Pane or when we open it. Even the emails that would give us the error saying it can't be opened, will open in the same way as above. Hope that helps give someone an idea cuz we just can't figure this one out.

Thanks again.

Sorry about that, forgot to add that we use Exchange 2003. She isn't able to view any messages. The body shows what the back ground in the body. For example, if you open an email, the body shows Outlook, almost like it froze before loading the message. On some she gets a error message saying it can't be opened.

Does it happen with just one specific e-mail message ?
If so, what is the content of the message ?

Do you get some error message ?
What do you see instead of the e-mail body ?

What e-mail server software are you using ?
