Unable to sort with search in emails after upgrade using 8.0.2 FP3
I keep getting Index errors when trying to search.  On the few times that it does complete the search, I am unable to sort the search results by date/name/etc.  I have attempted making changes with "more" options....sometimes it works....most of the time it does not.  What is the fix?  I (along with 50 others in my office) rely heavily on being able to search any/all emails and then sort the results.

Software/Hardware used:
WIndows XP, Lotus Notes 8.0.2 FP3 (latest upgrade completed)

Answer Wiki:
Run fixup against the database either from the console or, if it is a replicated copy on the workstation on the workstation. Then run updall to update the index. This should fix the problem. If it does not, delete the index and recreate it. Here are the updall switches http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/869c7412fe5d56b7852569fa007826e3/7b18d13f86bc64a7852574da00647bf4?OpenDocument

You should try the following

Recreate the Full Text Index

or

Run a Compact -d against the mail file

or

Delete the local bookmarks and compact the workspace. Then restart Notes and then try again

You can delete and create full text index from the database properties –go to 2nd last option full text and Ist delete and then create full text index. hope so it will resolve the problems.
