All 7 points mentioned above could (and most likely are) ok, and that doesn’t mean that resintalling anything will help.

More information is needed to offer an accurate answer. I don’t recommend resintalling anything for anyone finding a similar problem, as this is kind of a typical problem with Oracle Forms, that can be easily resolved if enough information is provided.

What browser are you using ?
Are you running the form locally ?
By “hanging” you mean that the browser keeps waiting for the form and it never loads, or the browser says “done” but the form is not displayed ?
Was this working before ?
Are you able to run other forms ?
