One by one u have to check:
1. Check for virus / malware by a solid antivirus
2. Check your firewall rules and settings
3. It might be a lock or server resources (CPU, RAM)
4. Pathing hang - Make sure that your Oracle environment variables are properly set
($ORACLE_HOME).
5. External hang - The network being down,
6. Listener down/hanging - Start by checking the listener (check lsnrctl stat)
7. RAM shortage hang - Over allocation of server resources, usually RAM, whereby there is not
enough RAM to spawn another connection to Oracle.
If above r okay then u may reinstall the same !
Sorry! I missed it, if possible check for virus also

If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
What browser are you using ?
Are you running the form locally ?
By “hanging” you mean that the browser keeps waiting for the form and it never loads, or the browser says “done” but the form is not displayed ?
Was this working before ?
Are you able to run other forms ?
This specific problem is most likely going to be related to an incompatibility between the browser being used, the Forms version, and jInitiator.
All 7 points mentioned above could (and most likely are) ok, and that doesn’t mean that resintalling anything will help.
More information is needed to offer an accurate answer. I don’t recommend resintalling anything for anyone finding a similar problem, as this is kind of a typical problem with Oracle Forms, that can be easily resolved if enough information is provided.
I provided the word “may reinstall”. I am not forcing to reinstall the same. reinstall or format a disk is not the proper solution of any kind of IT related problems.
More details could help.

Sounds like you need to load the latest Oracle Jinitiator onto that computer.
