Unable to receive reply messages

When a client send a reply message to my emails, I am unable to receive them, but when my clients send a new e-mail to me I get them. This only happens to specific clients of mine and not all. I am using an Exchange Server 2003 STD with SP1 and also IHateSpam for spam filtering. I appreciate your help. Thanks, Santiago

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

What version of IHSSE? Do you have maintenance coverage with your licensing? I had trouble with versions 1.4 and 1.4.5 and I found out about it using the message tracking in EXCH System Manager. The message from the sender [sometimes new messages, sometimes replies] would hit the server, be accepted for delivery and then go to the categorizer, yet never show in the inbox. I tried removing *ALL* my custom filtering rules and even raised the quarantine and delete thresholds. We can chat off line or keep things on board for others for more details.

Do you have more than 1 SMTP address.... maybe you have a problem with your address routing. is the address which is being replied to the same as when a new email is being sent?
