Unable to open pdf in OWA

Users are unable to automatically open pdf in OWA. Their only option is to save to desktop or file. Is there a fix for this?

Try this:

Open Adobe > Edit Menu-Preferences > Internet group > deselect “display in browser” > accept changes > close Adobe

While in OWA, right click on the PDF and select “open in new window” option.

    Are getting the option to save to desktop/file by right clicking on the file?

    No, the prompt to save to desktop/file appears after double clicking on file in attempt to open it.
