unable to open any MS Office Word document directly from Outlook


Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Word

User said he is unable to open any MS Office Word document directly from Outlook. It does not show him any error.

Removed cache files from user's PC and asked him to restart his PC. Issue still remains
