Can not join Windows 7 64-bit computer to our network domain. I try numerous of times but no results. This is the error message I get see below. An Active Directory Domain (ADDC) for the domain "Frid" could not be contacted. Steps taken to troubleshoot the problem: Disjoin from the domain to a workgroup called workgroup Command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns from the (DC) windows server 2003 R2 64-bit Remove computer name from the A.D.U.C. Restart computer a number of times. I even change the static IP address to something else After all of this I gave up. This is very strange but I was able to join another computer on the domain with no problem at all. Maybe 2 days before this happen. Do I have to wait awhile to make sure things clear up. I will be back to work Monday A.M. All of this problem happen on a Friday afternoon.
