I am trying to install winrunner 7.0 on a winxp computer and I am getting the above error, so can anyone help me with this.

Make the Customer download the program XP_Fix.exe from http://www.visualtour.com/downloads/ (140 kb) save it on desktop and run it, it will eradicate the above errors.
