please help me to install oracle8i in windows7.it is giving error not found jrew.exe

You can't install that Oracle version directly on a Windows 7 machine, but you should be able to install it on <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx">XP Mode</a>.
