One of 20 our 15 WinXP Notebooks, takes >20 mins. to make a connection to the our Exchange Server 2003, connecting via our LAN (Outlook 2003 client shows a status of "Trying to connect"). They are able to ping the Exchange server on the network and their appears to be no network problems. However, when same user connects, the same Notebook, via our VPN to their same Exchange Account, connection completes in <1 min. sucessfully and they receive all their e-mail. This problem just started occuring and there have been no changes made to Server / Notebook which would appear to be related to the issue. An advice on how to trouble shoot or resolve wjould be appreciated.
